I am a lover of life and know what it’s like to feel alone and or afraid of what might be coming next. I am what some might call a lovely cactus. Despite experiencing some of the harshest situations one can endure, I am and was able to produce positivity and share my life and light with others. When I walk into a room, I own it. I command attention with the presence of my spirit. I know what it takes to wake up every day and walk this life as a winner. It has taken me many years of unveiling, getting real with myself, healing my past pain and going through the process to discover the winner in me.

My background in therapy and my commitment to healing helped with this transformational process.  Not only do I help individuals, but I also serve as a consultant for communities, and companies who want to help their residents and employees find their internal winner.
